OUR JOURNEY OF EXPERTISE AND INTEGRITY

At MJ Building Consultancy, we bring over 16 years of extensive experience in real estate and construction.  Grounded in a commitment to excellence and integrity, we are a family business based in Melbourne, with technical services lead by Jason Reading MRICS, a Chartered Building Surveyor; Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

In 2017 Jason was awarded the professional designation, "Chartered Building Surveyor", following the successful completion of the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence and final assessment interview, leading to the much sought after letters - MRICS.

We have immersed ourselves in the Australian commercial real estate & construction industry, providing building consultancy and client-side project management services. We have had the privilege of working across all states and territories of Australia, on behalf of a broad client base ranging from public sector entities, including Defence and local governments, to global investment trusts, small-medium businesses and private residential investors.
